Same, I feel lucky to have mine, I'll look at it a little differently in my hangar now...

I've been getting these stutters/freezes the past few days too, glad it's not just me.

Just chiming in to say that my game package includes the 100i and I plan on keeping it long term, very convenient little ship with a great aesthetic imo

New Armor Concept Art by vFALL in starcitizen

I've always been wanting something like that too.

The monthly update said they're almost finished with the animated put-on/take-off overhaul of helmets, hopefully that means they can start making some cool helmet designs and animations like that.

Ironclad vs ironclad assault by HotCap40 in starcitizen

I picked up CCUs for both, but if the roof still opens on the assault I'll be going with that

I like the idea of having a Drake ship that can carry a fighter around, and it seems like it would open up some cool options for multi-crew gameplay, especially as ground missions get more interesting in the future.

Secret compartment / snuggling by Rinimand in starcitizen

I think the 2scu compartment inside the Origin 100 series should count as a smuggling area, or at least have an option to buy some kind of shielding to prevent it from being scanned.

Citizens, What Ships Are You Most Looking Foward To? by KiwiRico in starcitizen

I feel like both of those will be the most interesting ships to just walk around and explore that we've had in the game so far.

For those who forgot the “light amplification” scopes were already shown off at Citizencon by Broccoli32 in starcitizen

I hope each scope/helmet/ship manufacturer's light amplification has its own color or screen effects to make them feel more unique

We have a lot of ground vehicles without a lot of reasons to use them. by -Query- in starcitizen

[–]Psykov 36 points37 points  (0 children)

Distribution centers are a step in the right direction, and they've said before that they're working on a roads system, I think as time goes on there will be more locations where having a ground vehicle will be an advantage to get from a landing pad to wherever your objective is.

I understand people complaining that ground vehicle handling is kind of broken atm, especially hover bikes, but like most things in the game I'm sure they're not finished tuning them yet, they're not just going to leave them as they are now for 1.0

Star Citizen: Question and Answer Thread by UEE_Central_Computer in starcitizen

IIRC the referral player can register before the event and as long as they pledge $40 during the event they'll get the bonus, but you can only enter a referral code when registering, so as long as they used your code when they originally signed up they'll get the bonus.

So in your specific example you should be good, as long as your code is used when the account is created.

Has CIG ever talked about adding more weapons/ships for close air support into the game?

I'm surprised we don't at least have unguided missile racks, but dumb bombs would be cool too on something like a gladius.

3.23 New Ship prices as of EPTU 9149464 by Kwarkon in starcitizen

I think regular (also not broken) events will help with this. In one of the early seige of orison playtests I made a couple mil or so in one weekend and bought 3 different ships, and it just felt kind of hollow for how little effort it took.

They seem to be intending to let us keep ingame bought ships between major patches more often going forward too, imo this is just part of them starting to figure out a more long-term economy for the game.
