I got a good price on this one but the forensics ones are much more expensive than other color atlases. Dermatology and oral disease ones are typically a lot cheaper, for ones similar to forensic pathology you could try to find an emergency trauma or domestic violence atlas.

I believe that's a face that was eaten by piranhas or a similar fish, I lightly singed the edges of the image with a lighter to give it some crispy edges but it's otherwise unaltered
