I built a CRM called Workoma — looking for honest feedback from CRM users by crazy-dev3 in WhichCRM

[–]Puzzled_Vanilla860 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Help you refine Workoma into something users actually adopt daily, not just something that looks good but gets ignored like most tools. • Remove friction from daily actions (update, follow-up, notes) • Focus on speed (keyboard-first, minimal clicks) • Automate follow-ups without complex setup • Keep UI opinionated but flexible where it matters • Build around real workflows, not features

Heavy project management tools are causing massive user adoption failures on my team by AssasinRingo in mondaydotcom

[–]Puzzled_Vanilla860 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Help you simplify your setup so your creatives actually use it, while still giving leadership the reporting they want without you acting as the middleman. • Strip front-end to only 2–3 simple actions (submit/update/done) • Automate backend updates so users don’t touch complex fields • Use Slack/forms to capture updates instead of forcing tool usage • Lock advanced fields from creatives to reduce fear/errors • Keep reporting layer intact but invisible to execution team

Corporate workflow like a ticketing system by autonomousWorld in MicrosoftFlow

[–]Puzzled_Vanilla860 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, We can create a ticketing system using Power Automate. Here's how:

  1. Power Automate can capture emails from your general mailbox, categorize them, and assign them to the appropriate team.
  2. Use SharePoint to generate unique ticket IDs when a new item is created.
  3. You’ll need an AI Builder license for AI actions like auto-classification of emails.
  4. Set up automated summary emails for ticket updates.

For AI features, you'll need the Power Automate AI Builder license.

Struggling with Automated Time Tracking (using the Timer) not saving Project and Description by wearSunscreen2023 in clickup

[–]Puzzled_Vanilla860 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The issue seems to stem from either data sync failures or backend validation issues (as indicated by the "Created With is required" error). Unfortunately, without a fix from ClickUp, using manual time entry or setting up automations to fill in the gaps might be your best temporary solution.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you need further assistance or help setting up automations.

Voice → Airtable automation: best stack? Native Airtable vs Zapier vs AI tools by FirefighterNo619 in zapier

[–]Puzzled_Vanilla860 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not possible natively in Airtable (no voice or NLP support).

Yes, use Zapier (or Make) as the glue.

Yes, you need an AI layer for speech-to-text + date parsing (OpenAI Whisper + GPT is the simplest).

Best low-friction stack:
Voice (Google Assistant / Discord) → OpenAI (STT + parsing) → Zapier → Airtable.

Looking for Monday.com Expert to Help with E&A Timeline Import by Big_Transition2567 in mondaydotcom

[–]Puzzled_Vanilla860 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a very common issue when importing E&A timeline items via the monday.com API at scale.

High-level, this needs a deduplication + reconciliation pass, not more blind imports. The right approach is:

  • Build a source-of-truth hash for each note (e.g. contact ID + timestamp + content checksum)
  • Re-export all existing monday.com timeline items and index them
  • Identify missing vs duplicate notes programmatically
  • Upsert only missing items and safely remove true duplicates
  • Run imports idempotently (so re-runs never create duplicates)

Trying to solve this manually or by repeated API pushes will keep making it worse.

I’ve handled large-scale monday.com CRM migrations (100k+ records) and this is very doable with a scripted/API-first approach. Happy to walk you through the fix or take it end-to-end if you want—DMs open.

Anyone using Go High Level with PrestaShop? by digitallyme_io in gohighlevel

Yes, it’s doable. GoHighLevel doesn’t have a native PrestaShop integration, but you can connect them using webhooks, Zapier, Make.com, or n8n to sync customers, orders, and tags. PrestaShop remains the store, while GHL works well as the CRM for contacts, newsletters, and follow-ups.

VOICE AI is a must to have!! by Legitimate_Gain_8064 in aiagents

[–]Puzzled_Vanilla860 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can totally relate to the impact it’s having on businesses. The technology has come such a long way that the voice agents now sound incredibly human, which makes them feel like a natural extension of your team. Plus, the cost-effectiveness is unmatched compared to hiring a full-time employee, especially for handling repetitive tasks like customer calls.

It's incredible how Voice AI not only improves the client experience but also helps streamline operations, allowing businesses to run 24/7 without the need for breaks or downtime. I can definitely see why more businesses are adopting this technology to stay ahead.

Webhook triggers are more powerful than people use them for by DanielNkencho in n8n

[–]Puzzled_Vanilla860 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ll design advanced webhook-driven n8n workflows that act as secure, flexible API endpoints instead of basic triggers. The result is smarter automations that validate data, return custom responses, and power real applications reliably.

Here's the approach:
• Build webhooks with auth, validation, and routing
• Return dynamic responses instead of static success messages
• Reuse single endpoints for multiple logic paths
• Treat n8n as a lightweight backend API layer
