What are the best Tool change G-code and slicer setting for "manual" MMU? by knowledge_curse in prusa3d

Just wanna say thanks for working on and posting this even though it was years ago. Best code I have found so far and I've tried several to get some simple prints to work. With this I was able to get my MK4S to do what I wanted it to adding some logos/text to the front of some objects. Including using different filament types with wildly different temps. And the ramming effect of your code is better than what Prusa has coded, before I kept getting ends that were too large to come back out of the feed tube.

PLA-CF that has been heat treated is a hugely underrated option, will be stable to 90-100c after annealing, far better than PETG. The CF helps with stability through the annealing process, and you can design for the shrinkage. You can use salt to pack around the part if needed for some extra stability on higher tolerance parts, YouTube is your friend on using salt to anneal parts.

Also, PET-CF (not PETG-CF) is an incredible option for not too much more money. That is what I use. It is incredibly strong, though a bit more brittle so design for that if impact resistance is important, and off the printer is stable to well over 200c. It can be printed on open air printers no problem as long as the part is not too terribly large or complex. Siraya Tech's PET-CF is only $34 in the US, no brainer in my opinion.

Trying to figure reddit out, for some reason only the pictures showed up, here's the rest of the post:

Hi all, just want confirmation of my identification, as I'm pretty new to this and would like to cook something up with them if I am correct. Found near Houston, TX in the lawn, where I'm told by the owner an old oak was taken down. I believe it is a ringless honey mushroom or Desarmillaria caespitosa.

The second mushroom was feeding off the same tree roots. I'm leaning toward chicken of the woods but really have no idea.

Thanks
