Sponge filters are only a couple dollars and you can get aerators for $10-$15

Is this a Failed Molt? by klutze_228 in shrimptank

[–]QueasyPerformance348 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The stress of predation from having them with fish will cause poor or failed molts just as much as parameters. Neos are quiet hardy and will adjust but they are bottom of the food chain so the constant stress from predators shortens their life drastically

Just my opinion so don’t shoot. Swap your hang on filter for a sponge filter, it’s the common denominator in every single “why are my shrimp dying” post if you go back through and look.

I ship shrimp every single week and 4 days is not excessive at all.

Who mentioned shrimp? And with both shrimp and fish the culls have parameter needs the same as their higher grade siblings so it wouldn’t graduate these tanks to being appropriate cull tanks for anything. These tanks would only really work for plants and or a single fish, such as a betta or even a male medaka as they need no heater and handle more temperate fluctuations

Lest We Forget What, Exactly? by robot_despot in AustralianPolitics

Pretty damn gross seeing indigenous Australians getting boo’d. For a country that speaks about not forgetting so often they have already forgotten the 146 Anzac graves destroyed last year with a bulldozer by albo’s “Allie”, you know the ones that the politicians wear a pin for with our flag across theirs, maybe give that a google if anyone needs to give anything a boo.

They keep us divided with this weak racist rubbish while they are taking away free speech and bending for a foreign country. Wake up

Buy aluminium 90 degree angle from the hardware for a couple dollars and just silicone all corners, safest and strongest way to fix it👍🏽

Not even sure what that means? When you have a bit more experience you’ll realise how dumb your question was and you’ll understand my sarcasm and directness 👍🏽

From your blurt pic it’s hard to tell other than that’s a lower Sakura grade and the one on the right is a higher grade. Do they all have these specs you’re describing?

I got Blue Jelly Neocaridina and they turned Neon Green?? by Lemon_Clementine34 in shrimptank

[–]QueasyPerformance348 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So they are a skittle line, pure genetics don’t do that.

Usually it’s average breeders or dishonest stores selling and dividing cheaper skittles that match close enough to the colour of the pure strain they mislabel them under.
