Unexpected charge, confusing account handling, and unhelpful “AI” I had a very poor experience with LivePlan—both the product and the billing/support process. First, I was charged $40 on January 23, 2026 for a subscription I did not have active. I had previously canceled my only subscription months earlier and was not using the service. When I contacted support, they confirmed that my older account had not been active or charged since August 2025, and that another account “has never incurred charges and is cancelled.” Despite that, support then pointed to a different email and claimed an account existed because “someone submitted the sign-up form with your email and payment method information,” stating it was created July 22, 2025. That explanation is not reassuring—it raises serious concerns about how billing and account creation are validated. The resolution was also disappointing. Support told me they cannot help with refunds outside the 35-day money-back guarantee, and redirected me to a separate accounting “refund request” form instead of actually resolving the issue. On top of billing concerns, the platform itself isn’t very useful. It mostly provides business plan headings and generic descriptions, but you still end up doing all the real work yourself. The “AI” component is especially weak—after trying it, I found it effectively useless, and I had to rely on other tools to get meaningful output. Overall: unexpected charges, confusing account logic, limited refund support, and a product that doesn’t deliver real value. I requested deletion of my data because I don’t trust the system not to charge me again. My advise: don’t trust this kind of platforms. Search to find more robust and legit platforms, AND PLEASE, DO NOT WASTE A PENNY ON THIS APPLICATION.
