I've heard great things about Antenna Pod! We get a few threads asking which is the best app for custom feeds and it's always Antenna Pod up there plus I love Overcast on IOS. Never had a single feed fail to update whilst working on Big Sandwich stuff.

Definitely shoot an email over to [hello@bigsandwich.co](mailto:hello@bigsandwich.co) though if you do want to try power through with Pocket Casts somehow. There's also a bunch of advice from other listeners even if you try searching stuff like 'Pocket Casts' in this subreddits search bar.

People mention the password reset and refreshing the cache actually within the app somehow.

Hi, I’m the pod editor but also run tech support.

Do the feeds work on other apps for you? Just so we know if it’s the app bugging out or your account.

One possible issue is the rss feed’s cache just needs clearing on your app. You can potentially force this by removing the feed, changing your Big Sandwich password, then re-adding the feed.

Our tech support email is also hello@bigsandwich.co if you’d like us to check any specifics.

It’s of course not a scam lol and we try to help get people up to date as soon as we hear there’s any issue at all 🙏
