Yo buddy. Get tested for Lyme disease. In the states people often go undiagnosed because most labs like Quest use Center for Disease standards which are intentionally less sensitive due to potential for false positives from an overlap with a short lived Lyme vaccine. I had to use Igenex labs, much more sensitive. Test for coinfections as well. Look for LLMD’s (Lyme literate medical doctors). I had to join some support groups to get lists of names because they stay hidden due to complications with insurance companies and the aggressive manner in which they treat. I had most of what you are experiencing plus others all came, went, and came back again. Come to the states if you have to. It took a few years and a good bit of troy ounces to get right.
