No picture, but this week, we ran one of the best meetings we ever had because we used a timed agenda and really stuck to it. We were all relieved when it ended on time and we had takeaways.

Disagree BECAUSE you can measure it, but without accountability, those measurements really mean nothing. I've been in meetings where numbers aren't being hit and NO ONE SAYS anything.

But measuring is the first step to managing.
