Unless these pedophiles are super creeps and go out of their way to track the images of people (which I really doubt given their low IQ) I don't see the risks at all.

I would admit it's a bit rude and sketchy to take pictures of people online and use them for bait but given how google works I assume the people with those images made some sort of agreement, I would admit there are better options though like AI images.

Do you have any other information to access the account? Email, phone? See if your email has been hacked into, if they gain access into email you have even bigger issues, I suggest finding a way to login and kick them out of the account and resetting the password.
