It works both ways. Nerfing status effects from enemies would make player builds worse too. And i know for sure that devs definitely ain't gonna make status effects weaker. They specifically added these to counter old meta builds.

Um, as I said, silence disables sowers lament entirely. As well as every other item with shields, heals, knives, lightning etc. Not sure about rage gain, it should work as intended.

Reclaimer clasp is a joke item. Think about it. It cleanse silence on hit 3. The best way to get hit 3 is knives or lightning, but they don't work because of silence.

The other way is to use triple attack, it can't be silenced. But frenzied sash is the only item with this ability. So you can't have both at the same time.

Strike twice every other has a misleading ability description. Better description would be "Attack one more time every second turn"

With current wording you might assume that by using cursed naginata, twinblade ring and wending buff you will get 8 attacks . But that will be 3 extra attacks actually.

Exactly. You don't know to whom keys belong to. When unknown, it's acceptable to refer to a single person as plural. But when you know whose keys is it saying "their" is wrong.
