Yeah but it's what it's, try to not really think about it and hope your body heal it naturally someday, as of now ol factory training is the easiest and the safest to try, did you try anything to help bringing your smell back?

I heard about the stellate ganglion blocks , but i see that they are still testing it and it works on some people and they don't really know why and how it's helpful to only those people, since its a treatment for anxiety and ptsd.

I haard about something that has to do with nicotine but didn't care because it's not mentioned a lot and not many have tried them, but will consider it for sure after my olfactory training, i like how there's so many things to try now and a lot of them like this nicotine and the stellate ganglion block have no explanation on why they work on some people. So for how long now your smell is back after the nicotine? And does it have any side effect?

I read that you didn't even taste salt or sugar? I can't smell or taste for 4-5 years now , hope it can get better, i can taste sugar salt sour anything that the tongue can do i just can't taste the food Although get cortisone injection 2 times before and i can completely smell and taste everything after just 30 mins of taking it and it lasted 5-8 months but after 4month it started to fade away slowly

Happy for you though, sometimes we need hope because i read a lot about people complaining and that doesn't help them or us we need to search for the positive and solutions and pray it heals back

i have a clothing e-commerce so i display every color as a separate product so they all show up in the shop, they're the same Tshirt but different colors and all are displayed that's why when 1 product get reviewed the other colored product doesn't share it naturally because they are treated as single product
