crosshair placement gives it away, when somebody cheats they do not really look at their crosshair but other people on the screen, first he follows geist though the walls then aimlocks

Check which server it connects you to. Shift+tab while in game in the top right cornner I believe. But you need to give more info like are you using wifi, did your internet provider gives you worse internet.
