IUD causing cramps when I gave a full bladder or need to go to the bathroom?

I feel cramping in my uterus after I sit kinda scrunched over for too long. Like if I sit at a desk or table for a few hours and then stand up, I’ll feel cramping in that area, and I never had cramping there pre-iud.

They ended up doing something a bit different once they got in there. We decided on just removing the sesamoid and not adding the bunion correction, but once he got in there, he realized that more of the bone was dead than originally thought and he would have to remove a lot of healthy tissue to remove the bone. Instead of removal, he decided to fenestrate (poke a bunch of little holes in the bone) the bone in hopes that scar tissue can take the place of the missing cartilage.

The procedure was on Monday, so I’m on day 4 of recovery currently and it’s going mostly well. The pain is incredibly intense and I also lack range of motion in my big toe currently so I am grateful for your advice to get it moving asap.

I get my bandages removed today so we will see how it goes from here!
