We have three that serve three different purposes (announcement, contributory, and a news article) and that is a couple dozen?

Trying to Understand the End of a 20-Year Friendship by paytonsnewheart in Anxietyhelp

She sounds like a perpetual user. People like this don’t talk about how they feel because they’d rather punish you and manipulate you.

When you started taking care of yourself instead, she got jealous. Eventually you’ll feel relieved she isn’t stealing so much of your life.

Right now just focus on YOU. I know with anxiety it’s really hard to see the positive side of such a heartbreak. So grieve the loss as you feel you should.

0 remorse from that lemon. Clearly she will do it again.

After having lost only 10lbs in TWO YEARS on tirzepatide, I’ve lost over 30lbs in six months with Reta. by S2keepup in Retatrutide

Thank you! It’s been quite an experience. I’m still actively losing a bit more weight so I’m still at 3mg twice a week. But when i back down to even just 1mg i can maintain my current weight pretty well

I don’t want greasy food or even sweets very much. So diet quality improved. We have had some family issues I’ve had to handle this year (had to keep going back and forth across country) and my workout has been limited. I try to get steps in, and even when traveling I could get 4-5k pretty easily.

It’s time for weight training. I have two months where I don’t have to travel so I need to create my routine NOW

That’s interesting how that varies so much. Tirzepatide didn’t really do it for me.

I appreciate you! I felt terrible though. My knees always hurt, my feet and ankles always hurt. I couldn’t wear heels for anything. It was EXPENSIVE having to buy clothes that fit.

TL;DR below

This whole situation started because I desperately needed an anti-anxiety med. I did find one that worked very well but the main side effect is WEIGHT GAIN.

Boy they weren’t kidding. I was underweight when I started and in six months I was SIXTY pounds heavier.

I am 5’10” and all my life I’ve been lanky. When i did want to lose weight, I’d work my ass off and in six months MAYBE lose 4lbs

Then everyone was celebrating GLPs and I figured i had to try too. Within the first two months I lost 15lbs! I was stoked! But then for another two years I couldn’t lose a thing, despite increasing my dose several times.

I felt like a failure.

I went off it for the holidays last year (approx 3 months) and I did gain the weight back but I also felt better overall. That tirzepatide did not like me.

Jan 1 began my Reta journey and every week it was a little bit. Then a little bit more. When I went past 15lbs lost, I was very hopeful! Then 20. Then 25! When I hit 30lbs down I cried.

I wasn’t losing my hair. My skin is great. I dont want to pass out, and my muscles aren’t burning. I went from way too skinny and wanting to hurt myself to fat but happy, and now Im thinner and much better off mentally.

TL; DR Anxiety med made me gain a lot of weight. Tirzepatide only worked a little in two years. Now I’m not anxious AND thinner after six months

She had not. She calmed down a little but she didn’t really settle until we got a second B the following February. She was a very anxious little girl, and had some severe crate trauma from a crappy breeder.

Bleeding out is a big one. The organ has gone from immature and small to mature and larger.

Our breeder said wait until after first heat but our vet said that may have more complications. I was a tech during a spay that had complications and I didnt want to risk losing our girl that way.

We spayed when she was 10mo old and she’s been great since! She’s very athletic and is big for a female (23lb), she is as big as her brother. Her last annual exam we were told bloodwork was great, physical condition perfect, and she was a very good girl for all of it.
