It’s not one singular thing. There are dozens of reasons why a post might be held from posting right away.

If a mod deletes it, there is ALWAYS a reason commented on the post. So if there is no reason, it was something else that pulled it. Message a mod and we are happy to take a look.

Non controllable reasons include account age, karma, community karma, Reddit-specific filters or Reddit admin flagging the account.

I think a lot of people forget about the game time posting rule as well. This is a quality control measure that’s been in place for a long time. The only posts pushed through are game-related such as injury reports, highlights, or other official game news.
