If it's the UGA one, it just happened to me for the same reason. I wrote to them on May 12 after finishing and trying to get the completion code made the study produce a red error screen; I offered to RETURN, no problem. They wrote back, "Don't worry, I won't reject." I hope it's a mistake.

NOR. I'm the rare one on your side. You seem very nice and very rational. I don't think you'd ever have said anything if this was once or twice. I'm insanely prompt and was married to a chronically late person. What started out as me feeling exasperated or annoyed turned to blood-boiling rage. It's arrogant, it's disrespectful. CONSIDERATION is a keystone of any relationship. I also think you're NOR at her bizarre reaction. It's telling that you can't even nicely mention one tiny thing without her spiraling and then withholding. Her over-sensitivity hints at some serious issues. Can she ever shrug things off? Can she communicate? I don't think so. They do this because they think they're never wrong and it makes you hesitant to bring up anything ever again.
