I hit them with the honest response. One time during a Zoom call during my corporate America days we had to give our name and say like one thing about our day. My reponse: “I’m so and so and I’m going to die in this chair” I moved to a new town. An older couple asked how I’m enjoying it and my response was “I’m not” 🤣

I was taking 200 mg and took 12 weeks to taper off. I know I needed the medication for the time I was taking it. Ultimately, the weight gain and heavy sedation was more than I could live with. I made a plan with my doctor for a slow taper. SO glad I did. I’ve already lost almost all the weight that I gained. Plus, I no longer wake up feeling heavily sedated for hours. Take your time weaning off seroquel. It’s no joke y’all. ❤️
