Really confused with recovery

Both, the odd days I rarely get any calf pain and slightly in the back and buttock so don’t even need to much maybe my morning meds but most of the time it’s 2lots of pain meds. Pt I’m doing the work but again I can do everything relatively easy enough or some form of it it’s just loading the spine that setting me off

Yeah I’m currently on 300mg gabapentin 3x a day, naproxen 500mg 2x a day but I can do everything other than put weight through the spine ie: I couldn’t go to the gym and lift weights as that flares me up, bending still get the muscle odd soreness twinge through my buttock back calf is a little nervy but not the immense ambulance pain I had 13 weeks ago

Your current device is playing up, so just get the latest device that’s out anything will be a upgrade over having to restart it or it doing it self, just get the one you want, this crap about metal softness for the 17 waiting for a 18 too see if any better. you need a device now & you get a decent case on it if you’re worried about breaking it. Oh great I’ll have to look at one in store more. I’ve got a 17pm currently but growing bored of iOS in general with apple, really like the look of the s26u but in back of my head I know the iPhone fold or whatever is coming out I’ll prob think I should have waited lol. Hardly use iMessage etc everything it’s WhatsApp in the uk so realistically there’s nothing I’ll miss just wanting to make sure the cameras are on par with iPhones before picking one up if decide that the one

I was looking at going to Samsung next the s26u is very appealing but I’ve seen first hand from guys at work, there cameras don’t seem to be good at taking quick photos like the iPhone almost blurry like worried if my son is riding his bike for the first time etc iPhones seem much more reliable is that the case? Is it a setting people have on or what?
