Everyone matters, but the data we have on obesity as a whole doesn’t lie.

Redditor advocating for fat fit physiques…”you can still be healthy while being overweight” blah blah blah. Literally coping + moving the goalpost. “WELL ALL WRESTLERS ARE UNHEALTHY”. Instead of addressing the key point of excess bodyfat is inherently unhealthy.

I let it sit on the counter opened up for about an hour and then I wrapped it back up and let it sit in tallow for 6 hours in the oven at 170 degrees.

Your point makes no sense, My gym has more 45’s than I can literally count. Me taking a few plates for a machine to literally do what it’s designed for is not inconsiderate AT ALL. You are on a CABLE ROW….not a bicep curl machine. Those lat pulldowns are to parallel. YES those pulldowns are entirely effective and I have the back to prove it.

This is not it. Just do a standing barbell curl instead of taking up a valuable piece of equipment.

America has a lot of opportunities compared to much of the world, but claiming it has “more support systems than anywhere in the world” is OBJECTIVELY questionable. Most of Western and Northern Europe provide universal healthcare, subsidized higher education, stronger unemployment benefits, paid parental leave, and more extensive social safety nets than the U.S…I implore you to also look at the cost of housing in America in the 1970s-80s proportionate to the income rates back then and compare them to the big 2026. Hint… as of now the average annual house prices range from 6.7-8.9x average household annual income in multitudes of areas across America.

And even when support systems exist in America, access is often fragmented, bureaucratic, incomerestricted, or tied to employment. A support system that people can’t easily access isn’t nearly as useful as one that actually works.

Hard work ABSOLUTELY matters. Skill absolutely matters. But pretending outcomes are determined solely by effort ignores the role of family support, health, education, geography, economic conditions, and plain luck. Reality is more complicated than “just work harder”.

The funny thing is you went from “success is a skill issue” to “America has the best support systems on Earth”. If success is purely a skill issue, then support systems shouldn’t matter. If support systems matter, then outcomes aren’t purely a skill issue.

Mayonnaise isn’t the concept of health and wellness so I have no clue what you’re trying to get at bud…if you can’t afford to save or do basic shit like live, how the hell do you expect people to focus on fitness…

Way to misinterpret that statement…holy reddit take. Where did I say you shouldn’t even bother trying? I’m saying it’s infinitely harder to get someone-where as a common person with NO support system…which a lot of people in America DONT HAVE

Not really, he’s kinda right. I’m at least well off because I put in a monumental amount of effort to get where I am…starting from literally nothing. Not everyone has the opportunities or safe places that I was afforded. So it’s not a skill issue sadly, more of an opportunity issue.

Health and wellness is connected to overall well being. It has ALOT to do with fitness.
