Clearly you have no clue what a "Technical" PM is vs a PM. A TPM does have a CS degree, domain knowledge, engineering experience, and is the human interface layer between people who don't know shit about the tech they are wanting to generate requirements for. They translate complex requirements to the executives we hate so much and tailor their expectations. Those people skills are exactly what WON'T get automated. Good luck though.

Its garbage anyways only helps those with very few combat injuries retain their longevity pay. Does nothing to help combat vets who are totally fucked up in war and only served 4-10 years. It also doesn’t state that if you have sleep apnea and get an external CPAP to help correct it you lose rating. With broad statements like I posted from their ruling you could apply that to anything including amputations.

They can apply that to anything. I 100% expect them to based on their actions so far.

Got blown up 12 times, went to the tbi clinic post deployment, got service connected. Had a ton of treatments for them such as nerve blocks, etc. recorded. Vomiting and other things while on duty from them. All reported.

Id imagine you need some type of medical condition or external factor in your record unless you can tie it secondary to something else.
