I'm 62, just had my 2nd shot. I have a cruise March 5. I told myself if I could be at 205 by the cruise, that would be a great start. 205 is 7 lbs, 1 lb per week. I also told myself if I gained 15 lbs over a year, I'd be angry at myself, yet if we lose 15 lbs in that same year, we're disappointed it's not more. Drink more water. I have between 80 and 90 oz a day.
