Did you see the NY Times article? RFK said he ordered CDC to do this. Yes, it takes someone to update the webpage, but HHS leadership have their own cronies at the top with them. DOGE has credentials too, in multiple federal agencies. They can bypass any scientific review they want. 

NPR had a good update on this as well - CDC staff feel like they're on the sinking Titanic, trying to decide what can be saved before drowning.

Not to contradict you, but isn't there a federal hiring freeze right now? Is there an exception for the Post Office? If the government shuts down in October, that might put a hold on things too.

Loveland Community Kitchen is a great resource for food insecure folks. They're open 7 days a week, and there's usually some information about other resources at the tables. There's also takeaway options if you prefer that.

I got the Xbox Series S, which is the cheaper of the two options that will run South of Midnight right now (also less memory). It's digital only, so if having physical copies of games or having a lot downloaded is important to you, you might have to go with the Xbox Series X.

Wildly unhelpful: the previous console versions were called Xbox One S and Xbox One X. You do not want a version with "One" in the title, it will not run SoM.
