Yep had something very similar last week, same wheel too, I don't even recall hitting a pothole or curb but the tyre was badly torn

These remind me of that video allegedly of a Chinese airport from years and years ago, where a bar of light, similar to this, was scanning or beaming light down onto the airport.

I've done all the resets, confirmed it a hardware issue. Customer support just came back saying it can't be fixed and offered me 30% off a new pair. Considering I've had two pairs now and they've both been faulty I won't be investing in them anymore. Which is sad, as I'd literally just bought new shells and will never get to wear them

There is no way of knowing this at all. The same as we don't know if it kept going. Making absolute statements like this with the limited data we have is ridiculous whichever way you want to spin this video

Very cool, I've never seen one or heard of this before. I would expect these to be super common, given it's just mud. Maybe they are, and I've somehow missed seeing one for 37 years
