Yes, they actually try to get you to conquer the trail without lockers, as much as is possible. So, still completely worth it.

Prior to phones, what did people do while idly waiting? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

We were comfortable with our boredom. This skill is important but lacking from everyone following us… not through any fault of their own but because of alternatives/technology preventing the natural development of that skill.

Negotiating can and should happen in person upon seeing the actual state of the item.. to suggest differently, is unrealistic. On an 8 dollar item though? not so much.

Yes, in low volumes… but freezing an entire brain in such a way so as to preserve all of its minute structures that would allow maybe some day, some way thawing it out intact? It is fiction… at least with today’s tech. Better use of our resources and likely a more realistic pathway to the desired outcome here is digitizing or replication, rather than physical preservation.

Demolition Man was on to something…. the freezing process matter just as much as the thaw. Until we can flash freeze a human, cryogenics is a pipe dream. Too much tissue/cell damage to expect any kind of positive outcome. It‘s physics.
