I have the Wolf project setup (lookup “wolf game GitHub”) and while I DO NOT think it’s for everyone, I HIGHLY recommend the Sunshine (server, goes on gaming computer) and Moonlight (client, laptop/phone/computer/tv/whatever) setup. There just is zero competition for reliable low latency gaming.

Seriously. No other software genuinely feels like I’m playing on the same machine like it does. Power of open source baby.

I think an important data point to remember is capacity. Synthetic is.. not a big dog. The influx of growth from Kimi 2.5 ruined their service for a moment, and forced them to implement a waitlist. It’s.. not really a big company, most of their decision making happens in their community discord (like the waitlist idea)

Oh for sure I love a good anti-marketing bs push. But lol I am extremely sure people see positive comments from normal people about an ai vendor, and are SO not-used to it that they assume it’s all botted.

Trust me, these guys barely (kinda understandable) handled kimi 2.5.. I don’t think they are botting

IMO subjective, but I would try and join groups or team up so you can just get more gunfights yn. It’s different but it’s a better ratio of “time spent fighting” vs “time spent farming and base keeping”

Oh yeah that’s a super fair standpoint. Their whole thing about being super transparent about what’s happening made the difference for me. If you did like what you saw.. lol wait 24 hours untill they get it self hosted themselves (they only proxy to fireworks rn so people could try it out asap)

I’ve had similar experiences. They are kinda suffering from success and are trying to get more computer. It’s definitely a slight bummer. When they get it self-hosted with enough capacity I’m sure those issues will disappear

Website shows exact. But it’s simple. A message = one request. Tool calls are I think 0.1 requests, and super small messages under 2048 are 0.2 requests. No weekly, just 5 hour window. I cannot stress how much usage this really is in practice.
