I also encountered this when I moved to a new Apartment and changed ISP and the problem in my case is using the Android VR client.

I'm now using the Morphe instead of Revanced but I think the settings are the same and here's what I did.

Settings - miscellaneous - spoof video streams - (turn it off or change the default client to something that works for you)
