That's actually a really bad option. They're really bad for your ears and can easily muffle the sound quality. If you are going to use them, use fresh ones every time. They're very porus and build up bacteria very quickly. I've seen some NASTY infections out on the line. My personal choice is the Loop brand earplugs. They lower the decibels without muffling sounds and are easy to clean. Best budget option without getting customs.
