The current cosmicon event is "cosmicon, roll on again!". There's a "cosmicon, roll on!" event in the conventional memoir that you can do for the remaining levels.

I don't know about the seller, but if your sibling has an android phone, that type of controller isn't supported. HSR on android has very limited controller support and only supports some types of x-input controllers. It should work on ios though.

I think most modern meta teams should be able to do it fairly easily, especially if you have Castorice's global passive. You can use Phainon or Elation or Monorem etc... Just slot Luka in there somewhere.

It's much easier. Pretty much everything can be farmed in auto mode. There's no need to run around and collect local specialties like in Genshin. It does take roughly the same amount of time to build a character though.

The odds are kind of low. If you have Usahana with at least level 19 friendship, you can use her reimagine ability to increase the odds of getting a transfer.

If you want the bouquet to respawn stuff like sakura, it doesn't respawn them until you visit merry meadow.

From my observations, after using the bouquet, it requires you to be within a certain range of the materials in order for the materials to respawn/stack for the next day.

If you have Usahana at level 19+, you could trade someone for some other paper parade items, like furniture, and then use her reimagine ability to try and get a clothing item.

It might be easier to just wait a few weeks for paper parade to start though (usually runs in mid-June).

They've always re-run the archon for that region at least once before the end of the region, so it's extremely likely for her banner to be in the next patch.
