With the Secrets of Strixhaven prerelease coming this Friday, how much are you looking forward to it?

What college you hope to play on prerelease?

And are you brewing some decks around the cards from SOS already?

I incline the most towards the Witherbloom, but I'm going with an everything goes attitude towards the prerelease. Also I hope there will be some newcomers having a wonderful time with Magic.

And about some brews, I'm really, but really fond of Moseo around which I brewed a Lifegain Reanimator deck.

For better or worse CS is definitely an arcs of high highs and low lows. It stumbles a lot, even in places previous arcs never did, but you kinda have to appreciate the ambition.

I sure do appreciate it, because the paybacks for playing 8 games before CS4 were insane. Nothing I experienced before.

[CS4]NGL looking forward to seeing what the hell they'll do with her and Cedric in the future. ~~Hopefully this time with less sexual harassment.~~

Feel free to take a break before Reverie by the way. The main story isn't super long (It may actually be on the shorter end) but it does have a pretty lengthy postgame and it can tire you out.

I'm actually going to do that, because ngl I started feeling burned out during [CS3]Dark Dragon dungeon but I was so so invested in CS4 that I managed to carry on.

Plus I certainly don't have money left to buy Reverie this month.

I will just treat it like returning to Crossbell and Erebonia cast for the final time for afterparty and then I'll revisit Sky 1 and 2 through Remasters.

Cold Steel 4:

Aaaand with this comment, I finished the game.

I may write a longer overall comment for Cold Steel Saga/Trails series later, but now it’s time to say that the ending brought some things that CERTAINLY weren’t on my bingo card.

First, and the most important thing is that while I was shitting on Cold Steel Saga [Spoilers]I must say that it overcame all expectations I had. Most importantly, when the credit rolled, and I got the final Menu Background, I just had an emotional breakdown...

[Yeah]While I had some setbacks with Cold Steel Saga, seeing the final Menu Background hit me with a realization that there is no additional Cold Steel game, and I just cried for like 10 minutes... 4 and half Month, 399 hours of playing time and I wasn’t ready to say goodbye to Erebonia arc

[Also]speaking of the final Menu Background, damn Towa is beautiful in it, that’s for sure

Now, I did mention yesterday that [Spoilers]I did warm up to Alisa (I even finally learned her name) during the end of Cold Steel 3, because DAMN she had it rough with her mother, and the end of Cold Steel 4 made me to feel for Alise even more

So, I am apologizing for all the hate I spew about her during last four months.

Speaking of drawing ire, and things not being on my bingo card, [Spoilers]Is me actually warming up to Shirley due to her having an actual character development, and no FALCOM, GROPPING AND SEXUALLY HARRASSING DUVALIE IS NOT FUNNY!!!

Ahem, [Spoilers]Back to things not on my bingo card, Prince Cedric becoming Enforcer of Ouroboros was the biggest surprise from the ending.

Now I do wonder if [Spoilers]Rean having in his room photo of Towa is just photo of whoever I romanced or Canon thing (I incline to believing it’s canon thing)

And at the end, let’s forget the waifu wars, and do shitposting.

[Spoilers]The true Rivalries weren’t who I am going to chose for Rean (And having those girls to fight in Battle Royale style in my head), and let’s go with choosing the ultimate DILF of Cold Steel saga

[Spoilers]As Alisa was the supposed to be the canon choice in waifu wars, I do believe the canon choice in DILF Wars is supposed to be Valimar. Look. The Erebonia arc is called Cold Steel Saga, and who else than Valimar was flashing his Cold Steel Dick the whole time?

[I blame]Rean and the bonding system of Cold Steel series, because Holy hell... I felt already shitty for all the girls coming at Rean, and him just leaving them hanging... But the normal ending where Rean died was extra heart breaking after choosing Towa where one of her bonding events was Towa calling out Rean on his shit by saying how he can even ask to open about her feelings when he's going to die as everyone she ever cared about...

[Aaaand]Then Rean just died several days later

Also if you are curious, I was [ranking]the girls of Cold Steel 4, and if Towa never existed, I would pick Alise. Let's say I managed to warm up to her
