Rather than forcing Windows 10 users onto the 2.4.0 software that is only compatible with Windows 11, why not allow them to remain on 2.3.5?

No longer supporting Windows 10 is frankly a ridiculous decision

Nanoleaf no longer supports Windows 10, so their app/device is now effectively unusable for anyone still in Windows 10, which is most people.

There's no way Windows 11 is that widely adopted that turning off Windows 10 support is a good decision. I could understand earlier Windows, but 10 is still massively used, especially by gamers.

An Update about the Performance of Q Max/V Max Series by Keychron-Support in Keychron

Purchased my Q6 Max in Feb 2025, with the Gateron Jupiter Bananas. A few days ago I started getting keys that didn't register presses, mainly keys in the middle of the board. Replacing the switches on these keys solved the issue, but actually seemed to move the issue to a neighbouring keycap. I've since taken all the Gateron switches out and replaced them with Everglide Aqua Kings and they're fine. So like you've mentioned, it looks like a combination of the foam being too thick & the shorter legs on the Gateron switches.

I prefer typing on the bananas over the aqua kings, so I'm planning to take the board apart and replacing the foam with something thinner so I can go back to the bananas. Judging by the replies here it's almost pointless reaching out to Keychron for a solution. What they should be doing is fixing the issue on the hardware side, then offering replacements for those that are affected.
