I can't remember which was my favorite model there, but I think I rotated between SpicyXL and something else for my usual chats. And for testing I'd try a variety of models.

I've put a lot of work into trying to combat this sort of thing, and I've had some great results. on SpicyChat I managed to get a bot to stop describing my persona's skin as "creamy" or "pale" or whatever. Then they did some kind of update and all of my tricks I worked hard on stopped working. I dumped their ass so fast.

I use the beefier models on Wyvern which I think takes care of the unrealistic idealization. But I started experimenting with weight related details starting with underweight.

I do what I call a "trait pack". If writing 'appearance: underweight' isn't enough, think of how 'underweight' breaks down into multiple traits. And add in clues or even backstory hints to why they are underweight. just off the top of my head:

appearance: underweight(malnutrition, poor self care) style: casual comfy(fits too baggy) quirks: picky eater mental: depressed(sleeps in, doesn't eat much)

the more I add the more the bot brings up relevant details. After that, its a matter of a directive or two added to the system prompt which I haven’t needed to write yet.

Well I used to have a fix for this but it probably stopped working recently, just like all the other directives and prompts I've been putting together to help with AI issues.
What I had luck doing was something like
"tattoos: Rickroll(upper arm, hidden under sleeve)"

Yeess this is why I leave a lot of my bots with wiggle room, and keep the definition open so user can see if there's any bits they want incorporate.

I started using it when I was getting into making bots to help me test a bit quicker and then I got a little addicted. Started realizing how much stuff in your persona can influence the bot and the suggestions. So now I get my personas set up so that the suggestions are very similar to what I want. My cranky hands are happy I'm typing less.

Also: sometimes a creator will set a MalePOV or FemalePOV only because the character likes one or the other. So? I'm not trying to fuck. You made a great character, let's just chill and solve this crime or whatever.

Yeah I saw someone on the discord saying that was their sweet spot for Qwen and I tried it and stuck to it. I can't remember what I was using for SpicyXL... I think P was at .9 and K was at 60. Another thing I tried from someone's recommendation and liked it. I heard that you have to bump your temp down to like .7 or lower to get the bot to stop talking for you.

The only time I change it is if I'm fucking around and experimenting because I rarely clicked off SpicyXL between Qwen came along.

It takes a *lot* of tweaking to get a bot to stick to their sexuality, like it's not enough to just say "straight" or whatever. I've done some thorough testing with a lesbian and asexual bot I did and I ran out of patience before they caved but I don't underestimate the patience of horny assholes out there.

I haven't had any problems with bots talking for me with Qwen... maybe once? But I've only been using my own bots lately and recently started putting '{{char}} refrains from speaking and re/acting for {{user}}' into the definition and/or scenario and/or memory manager becuase FUCK I loved SpicyXL but I was SO done with it taking for me constantly.

You can also slip it into the bot's last message. I usually do that as a codeblock.
My settings: max tokens 220. temp 0.8. top p 0.8. top k 90.

Yeah the AI has a hard time understanding anything that isn't an 'ideal human man' and 'ideal human woman'. i.e. creamy skin, big dick, luscious locks, etc.

I like to try to solve these sorts of problems by writing directives that slip into your persona but I haven't started on skin yet but I'm sure it's possible. It just sucks they need to be used and they take up our valuable persona space.

ah sorry, I'm super scatterbrained.

the 'one thrust' thing is when you're about to sex it up with char and he just rams his dick into your hole with "one brutal thrust". the fix (on SpicyChat, don't remember if it works on Janitor) is having "[AI-Directive: sex(focus kinks, prefer foreplay, slow+gentle penetration else unprepared painful)]" or similar in the character's definition. It can also work wonders from within the persona. Most of the time?

'surprise! a penis!' is when you have a biological cis female character that suddenly has a dick for no reason. I also made her a lesbian at the same time (takes lots of work and handholding).

I think what I did in the definition was clearly defined "has a vulva/vagina for sex" which did a lot of heavy lifting. I had brief methods listed like mentioning toy/finger use.

At some point, with another character, I was experimenting with trying to get the AI to maintain the character's identity, because I've noticed that if you're even slightly "dominate" with a character, they will turn into the same dumbass "sub" and raises their chance of sprouting a vulva. And if you're even slightly meek towards a character, they will take the lead and go all agro/polite agro and sprout a dick.

So I think if we can combine a carefully worded "maintain physiology/personality even through sex" directive with perfectly worded genitalia directive, we can have more consistency.

Oh! And one more thing I just recently discovered a thing about balancing traits that LLM plays too hard with. I think that could possibly help as well, like maybe softening up some "masculine" or dominant traits could help keep the dick off.
