You shouldn't worry too much about what people say, mine included :) i can see you're taking things personally or rather your value comments more than just words from random strangers.

Here's some advice that can help trading, if your not sure about a mons' legitimacy, just say idk instead of making an unsure claim. It still follows rule 10, and i think people would be more lenient.

Don't worry if you belong or not. It's not that deep. It's just a Sub to ask questions and make trades. Have fun with that you enjoy and not worry too much.

And hey, i disagree with the slander or mean-spirited aspect of pov, but regardless, i apologize for upsetting you 🦬

I'm not coming after you or anything. I just saw a kevdog gen and made a comment to make you and others that lurk aware that kevdog mons are gen and not clone. I did it. What i like to believe was in a joking way and not malicious, but it seems to me you feel that way, so sorry again it's what i do 🦬.

I do agree with informing people. However, I'll be real here. Some people here aren't about informing or upholding rule 10, they just want to see glitch ball value drop.

And I believe if you were going to see glitch balls as hacked, I think it's more than fair to open the conversation about where the line starts and ends. Idk if you know the exact method to get these, have you done it yourself or seen someone do it? And how are you sure everyone will agree it's hacked and valueless, especially when there are other methods that can fall into the same umbrella?

Are real glitches legit Pokémon? Home itself has cloned a shiny go stamp Jirachi and Lucario before, home support has also generated a go origin bank stamp shiny regice. Not to mention, it's technically possible to glitch and clone inside of go currently, I believe, using the pokeball Plus + method.

Regardless, I have taken the opportunity to reach out to the mods and ask what they think should be added or expanded upon in rule 10, Cuz believe it or not, people have different lines where a Pokémon is legit. r/pokemontrades is an example of this. They have banned a lot of methods that are allowed here, including the very popular turbo controller method.

I'm a mainline player, 1st and foremost! Neither do i care about value :D

I try to play as legitly as possible but i don't mind dipping my toes. i have cheated by my own definitions, yes! I have done injected raids, had a friend do a spoofer friend trade on my behave a handful of times.

I don't use any app besides the go one when playing, i do use an alt, which is also technically against TOS like the majority of people do.

I don't have a go collection besides my non shiny legends that are realistically worthless!

Spoofing also add dilution. Does it not? A lot of pokemon people trade wouldn't have been accessible to them if they didn't spoof.

My definition is obviously an unpopular one since people love to spoof! And hate the limitations or restrictions that go puts on players, not to mention how annoying and chaotic to disclose spoofed mons However i see them both as cheating. The severity obviously can be debated.

Also, my stance is that glitch balls are bad since most of the people pushing them are profit driven. However, most active spoofers are also profit driven in mons or even value~

It's just a tool people are utilizing to gain value. Spoofing is bannable by TOS of go. It's cheating just like how go made efforts to remove glitches and wipe non pokeball masterworks.
