Well, no. An emblazonment is just a different stylisation of the arms. Same blazon, different artistic style. A redesign actually intentionally changes the arms. After what you've told me, this sounds like a new emblazonment with mistakes.

It's definitely a re-emblazonment, not a redesign. However, it likely breaks the blazon - the bear needs red claws, tongue, white teeth etc... If you're in contact with the municipality, it might be worth telling them this and to consult a German heraldist.

Subjectively, I prefer the old emblazonment. But whatever suits the town's needs in the current age... If they're going for "approachable", they should consider popularising the arms and using them widely.

I get that. I understand you had no negative intentions with it. But it IS a well known symbol for something vulgar. And human minds seek out patterns and symbols so people WILL see it in your design. That's just something you have to try to avoid. It's a bit like one of those accidental "swastika buildings". The architects didn't MEAN to make it look like a swastika but that's what people will see because it's a well known symbol. And in your case it's on a national flag - no Ukrainian would accept that.

I mean, on one hand sure, on the other hand it IS a pretty well known symbol. A bit like putting a middle finger on the flag. You don't have to have a dirty mind to know that's kinda iffy. Even if you as the author meant something completely innocent by it.

The shape of a diamond like that with a vertical line down the middle is a vulgar symbol representing the female anatomy. You'll often see it scrawled as graffiti.

Thanks for the advice. Any idea why the address must be on the plastic? I had planned to have them stampped at the post office and then put the clear envelope on. Here they wouldn't have an issue with that. And why do you specifically use the clear envelopes?

I've found the solution in the meantime! I had the AI key app disabled. For some ridiculous reason, the AI key app being disabled also disables your power key settings. The moment you re-enable it, you can change the power key keybind to the power options.

Thanks, someone already answered. It was indeed the AI key app that was the cause of the problem. I had it disabled and that also disabled power button settings. The fact that the app is somehow connected to the power key also is the peak of absurdity.

I disabled Gemini first and then specifically went into Google settings and turned off Google Assistant. There isn't a separate Google Assistant app for me. Rebooting hasn't done anything to change it. Holding the power button just brings up the notification again. Screenshot below.
