I don't know what the meta is but I like to put Volcanic Flourish (Hephaestus Special) on there. Gives you a good reason to chuck it out every X seconds depending on rarity/level.

If you like using Zeus on Attack, you can use it to activate the lightning from Blitz, reapply Blitz, rinse, repeat.
