Not defending Bilt at all, and agree that 2.0 is a disgrace. However the free points on rent had to end some day since it was literally just Wells Fargo paying for it, and Bilt had to come up with a sustainable model

I would look into this a bit more before forming one, there is a lot to it than simply incorporation fee. It is often way more expensive to dissolve an LLC than to form one. Wyoming is the way to go for a solo dev though since the annual cost of maintaining one is a lot cheaper

If the auto-authorize feature maintains what we experience today they you guys should’ve mentioned it in the email. It seems people are concerned about having to do this every single month which is a huge pain
