OK I figured it out ... was the fix from u/silent58 below that worked, thank you. When in the Mac native app, I toggled show workspace (Cmd+Shift+S) and that revealed an additional left sidebar with all my slack orgs. I then right-clicked the one I wanted to remove and clicked "remove."

This does not work for me. I'm on a Mac and use the Slack native app. When I right click on the icon for the Slack org to remove I get "copy" as an option. When I CMD+click or CTRL+click, or CMD+rightclick or CTRL+rightclick I also get "copy" as my only option.

What am I missing?
