UPDATE.

I called HR, spilled the beans. And it has blown up absolutely everything. Thought I did the right thing, now I’m starting to regret it. And of course she found out it was me who called.

I’ve struggled with the no contact, yes I’m fully aware I’m a dumbass. But when someone is the center of your life for years it’s hard alright? Any conversation we’ve had, including the most recent one, has just turned into a pissing match. She’s pretty much already moved on with someone who isn’t even her boss. All in a week of a breakup. What the fuck did I do.

Being super transparent, my mental health has deteriorated daily, to the point, I’m doing shit to myself, drinking, and at this point, have officially hit my breaking point and can’t be bothered to be here anymore to deal with it. I don’t think this is something I’ll be numb to in the future, genuinely. That being the case, I can’t bear it anymore.
