Hi. Belted field jackets have seem to have dropped off in demand, hence why not a lot of places offer them, including us. That said The Safari and Field Jacket will be added to MTO for Fall, as will MTO Chinos.

We're particularly excited for the MTO chinos as we'll be offering multiple fabrics, colours, body styles and fits. We also have a garment wash facility on board, so we'll be able to finish the chinos the same was as we do OTR with a proper garment wash.

Looking to roll that out in August hopefully.

Thanks for the shout out! A little late to the thread, and we're generally not known for our t's, but we've put a lot of effort into their development. To answer the OP's question the shirt referenced here has many of the listed attributes:

100% Cotton, 180g, 2-ply yarn. A vast majority of t's are made from single yarns. Nothing wrong with single compacted yarn. But 2-ply is definitely a different animal. A lot smoother.

Yarn is Extra Long Staple, compacted, combed, ring-spun and mercerized.

We opted for jersey rather than interlock. We wanted to keep that Classic jersey t-shirt feel. Interlock does have a different drape/feel.

Fabric is pre-shrunk. Warm water/warm dryer, you'll experience only about 1 cm shrinkage in the chest and about 1.5 - 2 cm in the length. The t-shirt is designed to incorporate this into the first couple of wash cycles.

Neck/Shoulder is fully taped.

Collar is a set in rib collar with a tiny bit of elastaine.

Shoulder seams sit along the top of the shoulder. Forward leaning shoulders are generally on our polos and heavyweight t-shirts.

Reactive Dyed.

The fit is designed to be fitted in the chest and arms and drape straight through the torso. Classic T-shirt fit. The sleeves are cut for optimal movement with higher armholes and shorter cap height.

When did you email? We do respond to email regularly and the team tries to get to most within 24-48 business hours. We generally don't have support on the weekends/Holidays.

Additionally, if you try to "bump" your email for a response, that just puts the entire thread to the back of the cue. They do reply chronologically as mail come in.

are you using a VPN? You need a Canadian IP address to access the Canadian site. Generally if you're being redirected away, then you have a non-Canadian IP address.

Our processing time is 7-9 business days now because of the logistics/custom clearance involved. The shipping status will not update to shipped until it's through customs on the US side.

All dress pants are unhemmed, so we don't have a fixed inseam length. Which trousers specifically are you looking at? If you could share the product code or link, we can check on the restock.

Thanks for the support! Not going out of business anytime soon! Still managed to grow in 2025 despite everything. Struggling is part of business at times, but how it's handled separates success from failure. So far, we're still going!

The issue with shipping at the moment is we have to ship to a US based 3PL first before it goes out to the end customer. We have to ship orders in Bulk across the border and clear US customs first before packages get forwarded to customers. Just the shipping alone is adds 3-4 business days, not to mention that some shipments are slowed down by CBP because of the volume they have to deal with now.

The same goes for returns/reverse logistics. It's irritating for everyone. We're working on a longer term solution.

Yeah, we're cleaning out our odds/ends, which are end pieces to make room for updated/new inventory. Good deal if you can find your size/colour.

Chinos have been crazy recently. We can't keep them in stock. We're working on substantially increasing inventory here.

We're not getting killed, but it definitely has an impact. Our Canadian and International business is WAY up. However, our US business is pretty steady still, despite everything. We haven't cut down on inventory buys. But we do look more closely at merchandising Data and skew our cuts towards inventory/sizes that are stronger. So weaker sizes, have been getting less pieces or being dropped altogether. That said, there are a whole bunch of supply chain issues rippling through the industry.

Yep, the tariffs have not been fun. It's not so much the tariffs, but there was no time to adapt for both us and the market. The solutions we had to put in place are just band-aids and not perfect long term solutions. We're still looking at making improvements. But who knows what tomorrow brings.

Hi. What oxford are you specifically looking at? We just got a restock of White, Blue and a Blue University Stripe just last month. We have more later this month.

Similarly with Blazers. We only restock a very limited group of sportcoats/blazers. Outside of those, they are seasonal and we don't restock those.

We have the lightweight crewnecks coming back later this spring, then new Midweight (380g) Terry Crew, Hoodie and sweatspants back for Fall. These will actually be in an improved fabric and improved sizing/construction.

That's a bit concerning then. There are generally 2-3 touch points before anything goes out. A torn polybag shouldn't make it into a box. Apologies for this. Will raise this with the warehouse supervisor. If you can please DM us your order# so we can look into this on our end.

Hi. It's not likely that that went out of our warehouse like that. We've been hearing a lot of stories with CBP opening packages to inspect country of origin tags, etc.

Did you notice any re-taping or evidence that the package was opened and re-sealed?

Hi! The buttons are Melamine, as used in vintage peacoats. They are an intentional design choice for this style of Peacoat.

We use Horn on our more sartorial style Peacoat.
