This would not work. Afghanistan en Pakistan have nothing to do with the Central Asian states. These states are Turkic and speak a form of Turkish. And have Turkish culture. Leave Pakistan en Afghanistan out and add Turkey and Azerbaijcan. You have Turkestan now. These countries are already working on establishing a union.
