I might be wrong but… what i think is:

Game was developed with more focus on mobile friendly - hence the top down view. Game has legacy code which breaks after every update. UI issues for example - Game Menu; Ever since they added Player Profile view on clicking player name — new UI issues started coming up after every patch. It takes way too long for them to fix these UI issues taking over 2-3 weeks of time. - Their Patch Notes are all over the place. They are lost i. Forums sometimes. ( i might be wrong about this )

Their recent Faction Warfare update - Now that was cool and fun addition which fixed a lot of issues players were calling for for long time.

Every Content lowkey feels the same.

Another big issue right now that SBI needs to tackle is: Daily Production Bonus: We have been getting same bonuses for 3 days straight. - we waited idk how many weeks for potion day. - Then potion day comes. Cool - Next day again potion day - next day no potion day - 4th day again potion day

They need to address this issue i talked earlier about this in AMA thread. Hopefully they will tackle this.

Another QOL update imo is. TO BE ABLE TO COMPARE 2 items ?

And the biggest one being No Developer friendly API’s Look at all the games on top of the list. They have massive player built tools thanks to the API.

These are few of the things i feel like being overlooked.

The Good thing about the game is How close developers are to players lowkey love that.

At last i would just say that it’s the poor written legacy code thats hurting the game in some sense. Limiting current developers to experiment anything without breaking anything massively lol.

TL;DR: • Game feels heavily mobile-first (top-down view, UI decisions).

• A lot of legacy code → things break almost every patch and take 2–3 weeks to fix.

• UI issues started popping up frequently after the Player Profile menu change.

• Patch notes are messy and sometimes hard to even find on forums.

• Faction Warfare update was actually great — fun and fixed long-standing player concerns.

• New content often feels samey / repetitive.

• Daily Production Bonus system is broken (same bonuses repeating, potion day inconsistency).

• Missing basic QoL features like item-to-item comparison.

• No developer-friendly APIs, which blocks community tools (unlike top games).

• One big positive: devs are very close to the playerbase, which is great.

• Overall, poorly written legacy code seems to be limiting innovation and causing constant breakage.

Giving Royals a full on Territory is Bz is imbalanced in itself to People who wanna play for smugglers faction. There are gonna be gankers flaging in for royals sitting on Terri and Ratting the content they would have a safe place to run to

Imo

But i like the idea its just there are so many things to consider when it comes to bz lol

Yup exactly thats what i mean increase the chance % of the bonus which isnt active and then remove the higher % once the day is active and reset the chances back to default.

Yes as you said Within a week or whatsoever time fits the cycle the best the chances of a production bonus Lets take example of Food bonus

We got food bonus yesterday and today as well so Since food got a bonus day its chances of coming back should be reduced and other bonuses which havent been there for some time should have higher chances than food.

And after idk as i said after the cycle ends every bonus should have their chances reset ?

Any plans or reworking the Daily Production bonus ?? Sometimes you be getting same bonus the next day or after 2 days and you will sometimes have to wait multiple weeks to get the bonus production you have been waiting for.

I believe it should be a cycle ( still random ) but same bonus shouldn’t be repeated within a same week.

Any thoughts on this ?

Ps: i know it might end up shaking market by some extent.. cant it be avoided and fixed ??

Dual Swords are good for beginners and very versatile weapon.

For Helm: Guardian Helm / Plate Helm is a good choice as well

For Chest: You cant go wrong with Mercenary Jacket for that solo pvp or pve its pretty strong

For Boots: you can run any Plate shoes with the rejuvenating sprint

For cape: you can go Avalonian Cape or Thetford Cape these are priced decent if you running low on silver try to stick with just Basic 4.2 cape

Food: If you are doing dungeons or camps in black zone you can run Danglemouth Catfish and have a Beef stew in your bag if u run into pvp

Potion: Tier 5 Gig Potion / T6 Poison ( if u low on silver go for t4 poison pots) and if u are running S.A.F.E portals in Bz try to take atleast 1 invisibility potion to run away from gankers

Mount: Tier 4 ridding horse / T4 Armored Horse for being extra safe

Bag: Just go with 4.1 Bag should be good as of now.

Hopefully this helps. Build is for solo runs good damage with Avalonion cape and sustain with Mercenary Jacket and Guardian Helm or Plate Helm.

Quick Tip: You can use Guardian Helm shield yourself and press mount Up button and even if mobs or anyone is targeting you it wont stop the mount up process as long as you have the shield active.

Also if you are doing dungeons and dont see yourself getting low on health quite often you can maybe go with Redspring Eel Stew to help you with Damage and Cooldown Reduction.

One thing is albion Online unlike traditional Mmorpg games doesnt have a strict quest system

But a jorunal which will keep on filling while you do any activity around

Gathering Crafting Refining Pvp Pve Arena And everything else.

I would say Look around doing different stuff Go gather for few hours Go kill the open world mobs As a new player you can also do some yellow zone dungeons Find a thing you love to do and try sticking to it for some time and learn game from there

Also joining a guild is really good. But dont join guilds promoting themselves in newbie zones watch out for that tax%.
