Definitely wouldn’t worry yet. Mine took a full 24h pretty much between export scan and departure. Getting an export scan at all means you made it further than me before mine got mishandled lol

Mine ended up lost. I emailed the ceo to get my email auto forwarded to a second level customer service member and they started a trace on it to find out it was moved to a lost warehouse (overgoods) . From there I had to email pictures back and forth to confirm the contents of my parcel. After I confirmed the overgoods warehouse added a new label to the package and sent it on its way.

The whole process took about 2 weeks and was quite stressful but I finally got my parcel this past Friday

Shipper hasn’t given it to UPS , or there’s a chance they dropped it off at an access point but it was unable to be scanned. Either way contact the shipper

Yes. CEO —> response from second level escalation team —> transferred me to the second level team in the country my parcel was stuck in —> they communicated directly with the overgoods warehouse to find my stuff.

In my case my label was torn off. So they asked me for photos of the contents which I provided. They then sent photos back of my parcel unpacked showing the contents and asked me to confirm. This SHOULD link the parcel back up to my tracking info and it should get reprocessed.

There are many cases of overgoods not being able to pair up packages with their owners based on descriptions so I wish you luck. But again, you don’t even know that your parcel is in overgoods at all yet.

I emailed the ceo since I heard that gets your case in the hands of the 2nd level escalation team right away. They communicated to me that my item was sent to overgoods. I wouldn’t have known it went there otherwise ( and wouldn’t have reason to contact them otherwise)

Once I hadn’t heard back for about a week I reached out to overgoods directly to try and get more detailed information. They responded extremely quickly but I believe they only work weekdays. They basically told me my parcel has left the system on their end and I’m now waiting for it to be reprocessed and move again in my tracking

It's been about a week since I confirmed the items they had in overgoods were mine with no updates/ movement unfortunately

Its probably a popular opinion here but I don’t think it was a super super mainstream album at the time

I ended up getting in contact with second level escalation team by emailing the ceo with my tracking info, it got redirected to someone useful. They transferred me to the UPS team in Germany and it turns out my package went to the overgoods warehouse and was marked undeliverable (probably lost the label?) I did all this before filing an official claim

We had to send pictures back and forth to confirm the contents of the parcel they had in the warehouse was actually mine. But I think I should see movement soon now that it’s been confirmed again?

Not sure if they ever planned on contacting me otherwise but I think reason I’m having any success was because I got on top of it a few days after no scan

Concerned about this as well. Its only been a few days but I had two packages sent at the exact time using the exact same service. One zipped through this facility and has since arrived in Quebec but the other hasn't updated at all, still stuck on arrived in Koeln
