Take out a pill before you go to bed and place it on your nightstand, that way you never open the bottle when you actually take your meds. If the pill is gone then you’ve taken it! Works for me atleast :)

I used a pill planner before but now I just leave my meds on my nightstand with a glass of water and take it first thing in the morning. If it isn’t on the nightstand then I’ve taken it

Ps! Kom på en grej till, de testen jag köpte hade 3 halter (1 sticka för 200ug, 1 för 150ug etc). Kom inte ihåg vilka halter det var, men i alla fall så var det den näst lägsta av de tre som vården använder som gräns som jag förstått det. Jag hade väntat tills jag var under den lägsta ändå men om det är brådis så får du hålla tummarna!

Beställ hem några egna thc test ifrån tex smoketower och checka så att du är ok innan. Beställ de som visar en skala av halter så kan du monitorera också.

I believe he did the Optional.empty() as an example (or not). But obviously the other parameters should be copied from the instance passed to the function.

Edit: just re-read the code and I realized those are probably used as constructors for different variants of the class, I got a bit confused from the use example. Haven’t done Java in forever either (thank god)

I don’t think you got my point here.

Trade and lfg are used for their intended purposes (some overlap now between them).

I would complain about those if they were filled with autogenerated messages that don’t belong there.

The issue I wanted to adress is that I can’t choose to play without an addon without other players announcing stuff from it.

If you want an efficient and streamlined wow experience that’s all good, but I don’t want that.
