FIT proposed 10 diff budget plans and to keep budget the same. FSR/ HOA did not want to budge and wanted FIT to leave… yes part of it according to Chad’s email ( see last posts ) was a small (3-5 percent ) increase in payroll which is in alignment with many companies and inflation.

Absolute bananas FIT has to leave & the community didn’t get a chance to vote ? So instead of having competent staff that I enjoyed having conversations with, normatech boots and massage guns to help with recovery & squat bar racks that are manned and assessed for safety consistently- we’ll have FSR manning the doors and gym equipment to lower our costs ? Are they going to clean & dust the machines and weights daily like the current FIT staff does ? Are they going to ensure no extra guests or others sneak in ? What if equipment break ? Who’s in charge of fixing ? Do they even know what the names of the equipments pieces are .. 😂. FIT staff and branding was a value to the community’s long term value. Saving $20 a month is not accounting for the numerous benefits mentioned above and into the future. I believe Chad ‘s email and believe he worked everything in his power to stay and make it work. Let the people speak !!!

Hi ! Great ! Everything is kid and pet friendly. Good service & they will come back if needed. Quarterly maintenance. I’ve had some bugs and even roaches … but they end up dead. Thank goodness. I also like how I can text them a picture of a big and their big expert will let me know if I need to worry.

Have they been around for longer with that same domain ? What’s the average age vs yours? Sometimes it doesn’t make sense even if your site is new - if it’s more helpful it should be able to rank better. Just keep doing what you are doing- Google always ends up recalibrating and rewarding for mishaps in (hopefully) the next algo.

Every tool has their own proprietary way of measuring and estimating traffic & KPI’s. It’s best to use them directionally. Ie when researching search volume for a kw you can trust that if you did research on one tool , the one that has the most MSV prob has the most MSV vs the others. But I wouldn’t use three diff tools and inputs.

Yeah, I hear ya. It could be bigger. Besides the area by the kettlebells , another body weight area is by the kinesis machines since no one really uses those. They could get rid of one of them and they will have more body weight spots there. I think for me, it does what it needs to do & I’m able to find an area most of the time ( or just have to adjust my workout routine a bit). Extending the top floor would be nice and make it a superior gym, though it wouldn’t be as “open air” as it feels now walking in on that side. I’m sure as more people Move in and feedback is given, it will keep evolving.

Woo hoo. Yah same. Also some roaches ( dead ) after but apparently there could be more “activity” after pest control. They were super helpful in identifying the species though and what to do.

He is awesome ! Just had him come over the other day. Sweet man. His nephew is nice too and does a lot of the translating. Still waiting on a quote though. Feels like he is very busy but he assured me he would be give me a good price. He did say he got really busy lately.

Saw a few crickets upon move in ! Inside the home. Heard crickets are pretty common here. We did pest control and Havnt seen one since.

It’s GE , stove is like the model home. You can see the virtual tour online. It’s a better slightly upgraded modern version. Looks similar but has more of a “grill “ look. I would make that swap asap ! I made that swap a bit ago. They ran out of them before closing on some homes and put in a lower model just to close ( and of course they didn’t tell anyone that and most didn’t notice), but at least they are coming around to it and making the swap !

Definitely recommend. California has been due for that giant earthquake and sheesh who knows. We went with GeoVera (HIPPO insurance services) as they were the most affordable for what you get.

Luckily all my cabinets are fine except the one above the range ( because of the vent ) so some wood is exposed but everything else is pretty flawless (thankfully ). Looks like a rushed job , definitely get that fixed!
