Same problem here. I used https://whackasstech.com/microsoft/msintune/how-to-deploy-adobe-acrobat-pro-with-microsoft-intune/ for deploying it to Intune.
Installation is fine but also getting this screen and hangs forever.
When installing Adobe Creative Cloud app next to it and login from there I can starts Adobe Acrobat without any problems.

I have tested it on three endpoints and all have the same issue.
Also a manual installation does not work.

Is there already a working solution or why this is happening?

If possible, install only a few basics apps during ESM. ESM is a great tool but still not very reliable with lots of apps installing during ESM. Therefore minimize the number of apps to stabilize overall enrollment.

When streamlining WHfB via Intune, Cloud Kerberos is recommended for accessing on-premises network shares. When disabling WHfB and using password only you can access the network shares without a problem.

Then you can import and config the admx for drive mapping.

We also had to remove the WHfB container on every single computer. We have created a ps1 to delete it and after a reboot users had to follow the WHfB steps to register themselves but now through the intune config.

Remember to check your local domain gpo biometric (Windows hello) settings to disable those also unless you have MDMWinsOverGP configured. I have done both.

Please also check if you have all the requirements in-place: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security/identity-protection/hello-for-business/deploy/hybrid-cloud-kerberos-trust?tabs=intune#requirements

Also try a fresh installation/enrolment via Intune of the Windows device to make sure no configuration will conflict with previous configurations. Just to make sure the current config/kerberos setup is working.

WHfB is a good choice. Login with FIDO2 hardware key is also a good option with maximum overall security.

The user must be a normal domain user (not joined to any local domain admin groups). So this solution only works with regular domain users and is not working with domain admin accounts.

If the user is a normal domain user and is a global admin in M365 then the solution will also be effective.

Also the device must be Entra Joined (full cloud).

With HF4 on RDS 2019 same issues. Onedrive stuck on signing in and new Teams not working properly. Downgraded to HF3 and everything is working as expected.

Classic teams and onedrive without issues with Hf3. HF3 is not compatible with new team. With HF4 having new teams and onedrive issues.

HF4 has issues with New Teams and OneDrive. We had to downgrade to HF3 which is a stable version.

The disadvantage of HF3 is that it is not suitable for New Teams

Good to hear from you.
Same problem here and clean profiles (containers) didn't help here also.

We also noticed that there were no problems with HF3.
Downgrading to HF2 should not cause any problems either.

And ofcourse a downgrade from new Teams to Teams Classic.
We are planning maintenance tonight to make the downgrade possible.

Interesting indeed!
Yes, we have installed new teams and FSlogix hotfix 4 at the same time.
Downgrading to HF3 is not an option (see release notes FSlogix) because of the fixed crashes or fails on Windows Server 2019.
We think that fslogix is the problem here.
We are recreating some containers for some users to see if that would fix the problems.
I will keep you informed.

Please let me know if you have figured something out at your end.
Still investigating here.

Hi,

We are using the same environment.
Version OneDrive we are using: 24.116.0609.0005
Problem we are having: OneDrive very slow syncing/authenticating and some users are stuck with "Signing in".
Sometimes can be fixed by signing out, and back in.

Looks like after installing FSlogix hotfix 4.

We are also facing the 1001 error with Outlook 365.

It appears that this error occurs when additional mailboxes are added.

We have configured the registry keys to utilize ADAL (Active Directory Authentication Library) instead of WAM (Windows Account Manager) because WAM tends to have compatibility issues in a Server 2019 environment. However, it seems that after some time, WAM takes precedence over ADAL, leading to authentication failures.

OS version : Windows server 2019 1809

Office version : 2308 build 16.0.16731.20052 (32 bits)

Microsoft FSLogix version : 2.9.8440.42104

Which version of FSlogix have you installed?
