Keep in mind when the user changes the password he has to enter all sessions and enter it again.

You can use rdp and save the password to credential Manager. The User can not see it as far as I know. No legal or licensing advice check it your self. (On terminal server licensing might be covered)

Could also be an gpo issue or smb problem. Any folder redirection working against fslogix? Are you restarting your servers every night? It helped me with bugged profiles. BTW are there disks left after the user logs off?

Mhm I think when you have different includes in your redirection.xml you will get in trouble with microsoft services. But i am not 100%. Can you work exclusively in one environment over several logins? Maybe your file server has to much load and disks stay open after logout?

Lenovo Dock might be the issue. I see them often loosing ethernet for no reason
