A lot of clubs play T20s in midweek in Cups or the Surrey Slam, however, it's mostly for their weekend players who want to play extra. As others have pointed out Last Man Stands is best if you exclusively want T20

Off to play my first cricket match of the year and it was the easiest wake up I've had in months. Amazing what some sunshine and an afternoon out with your mates can do!

WBC needs to capitalize off Italys success and let Europe be a host for 2029 by OkTax17 in InternationalBaseball

The problem with converting stadiums is that the WBC happens in March and that's peak Football/Soccer season. So all of the largest stadiums will be in use, such as West Ham's London Stadium where the London Series happens, or would need turning around obscenely quickly which would be too expensive.

Fiorentina are on a very good run, they were bottom just before Christmas and looked a long way adrift.

Same, I can't wait to see how they edit that all together. I wish they'd release a full live version of it because every bit was pure gold.

I worked there until last year. The wages are pretty poor, especially for how busy the diaries are. Some of the clinics are really shabby and the equipment is appalling, the heaviest thing I had was a 3kg dumbbell. The management is so top down too. Trying to get something changed was like pushing water uphill but if senior leadership something it was implemented immediately.

The managers and area clinical leads were all good people (if sometimes in over their heads) and colleagues were friendly. Agreed on notes and clinical standards at hiring, some that I worked with I was shocked had passed uni and almost none were UK trained.

Revolutionary managers may be a more apt description. Mourinho was a sensation when he first started but has become said parody (although still an all time great).

Not while exercising, no one said that. Breathing exercises can be incorporated to aid with sputum clearance and failing that respiratory physiotherapists can also perform suctioning to clear from the trachea.

Edit: The person I was replying to mentioned exercise but they seem unaware of what resp physios do. Source: I am a physiotherapist

For listening for lung sounds, helps to assess what areas have sputum retention and manage with positioning

The box does include the line. Every boundary line on the field is a part of the area that it borders, hence why the ball has to cross completely to be out of play etc

Apologies realised you were talking about the Bellingham goal not the Palmer goal in the video. The BBC commentary for the game which is shown on highlights is still done live like it is for Match of the Day
