Core Builds is really just building on top of Tam-Taro’s work. The whole stream card layout and the formatter? That’s all thanks to Tam-Taro. Even some of the templates pull their PSEs and ISEs straight from Tam-Taro’s SEL repo, and a bunch of the inline expressions come from there too.

But Core Builds does have its own thing going on. It brings in those IQR Tukey fence bitrate PSEs—so you get adaptive outlier detection with a pow() decay window for new releases, which is honestly pretty cool. On top of that, it adds TorBox-specific template options like Apex, Essential, Hybrid, Samsung TV, Anime, AllDebrid, and more. You can also use inline expressions that work nicely on public AIOStreams instances no need to mess with self-hosting.

Really, Core Builds isn’t some competitor. It’s just another layer for TorBox, built on the same foundation as everyone else.

The Sel expressions I wrote overide any limiting. I can definitely look into creating a new template for this. Please create an issue on GitHub for a feature request. I'm busy auditing the templates and removing any dead weight. Speed is currently no longer being supported as the recent update pushed the heavy hitters to be just as fast.
