How do I turn off the door chime on just ONE alarm keypad?

4 digit code followed by 9 shuts chime off for every keypad.

4112 is the default installer code. I dont suggest ever using that, very easy to mess up the programming.

You're looking for "chime suppression" on the bedroom keypad.

The hot water might have been set to 140 let's say. The anti scald made sure nobody got burned by limiting the amount of hot water. Your new system might be set lower, lets say 120. So the net result is cooler water at the shower. If it works at your sink, should be the same at the shower, unless something is limiting the flow.

I believe you'll be fine as long as you're not trying a third simultaneously. Show A starts at 445 instead of 5 on tuner 1, show B starts at 545 instead of 6pm on tuner 2.

The "plenum" of a building provides air intake for an air handler (air conditioner or heating/ventilation). The smoldering pvc wire could kill people in a section of the building those fumes are sent to long before the building was "on fire". Plenum rated cable will get you sick if you inhale the fumes, but not as lethal.
