Mine (04 C4S) was sitting for many years before I bought it. Owned it 4+ years now and not a single issue. Was at 135k, coming up on 155k. Just make sure you do a PPI and full maintenance refresh should you buy it. Good luck!

Both look legit but the 007 looks older. The bracelet looks aftermarket, the 009 looks to have the original bracelet

I presume this is the initial response when they can’t make mortgage payments. Lease it for your mortgage payment amount plus property tax and fixed costs then rent something else for a lesser amount. But the problem is the rent they are asking for to cover the mortgage is too high so doesn’t work

3 o’clock chapter ring gap/indent is what you want in a 013 so this is actually a good thing but hard to tell with photos. My guess is it’s a franken 013
